RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Damage in Transit
We will refund or replace at no extra cost any product which has been damaged in transit, providing you notify us within 7 working days of receipt of your goods either by telephone or in writing: tel 07714695783 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please retain proof of posting.
Goods Lost in Transit
We will replace goods lost in transit, at no extra cost, providing you notify us by telephone 07714695783 or in writing via email email@example.com within 10 days of sending your order.
We want you to be delighted with your order but if for any reason you are not please contact us tel. 07714695783 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a full refund for you. We do ask that you return the goods to us in the original packaging unopened and unused. Please obtain proof of posting or send by recorded delivery.

Please note we cannot refund postage, packaging, insurance or delivery charges.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
Once you have placed your order we will endeavour to post it the next working day (excluding weekends). During busy periods such as Christmas and bank holidays you may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Please note that it is up to the customer to ensure that their delivery information on their order is correct. Royal Mail will not compensate for any non-deliveries where the delivery information is incorrect and we would therefore be unable to refund the cost of your purchase if your order went missing.
First Class £3.95 expected delivery 1-2 days after posting.
Second Class £2.50 expected delivery 3-5 days after posting.
There may be rare occasions such as Christmas and Bank holidays when delivery takes longer than these times and we cannot be held accountable for this.
UK Outer Islands – special case:
Please note that we may have to add an additional delivery charge for some of the outer UK islands or if the order is large and we have to send by courier. You will be notified if this is the case.
European/ International Delivery
Please contact us directly for a quote.
We do our very best to only display products that are in stock however popular products can go out of stock quickly. In the unlikely event of this happening, when we receive your order we will email you with the expected delivery time. If you decide not to continue with your order then any sum debited from your paypal account will be credited to your account. The refund will be made as soon as possible in any event within 10 days of you informing us you do not wish to proceed with the order.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT of 20%.
Information and collection
Jessica Jo Natural Organics is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others, other than the credit or debit card processors which are Paypal who will process your data only so far is necessary to fulfil your order. Your use of this website signifies your acceptance of these terms.
This policy only applies to the Jessica Jo Natural Organics website and not any of the companies of websites to which this site is linked.
You will receive an email of confirmation of your order.
Emails and Newsletters
When you place an order or send an email to us your email address is entered into a database and may be used to send our monthly newsletters and any periodic information which we think you will find useful. If you do not wish to receive any emails or newsletters from us, we will remove your email from our database if you click on the unsubscribe link in the email.
